This class is designed for postnatal women looking to gain strength in the much needed areas of the pelvic floor, glutes and upper back but also creating mobility and more stability through our bodies

Tuesday 6pm (HIIT & strength based)
Wednesday 9am (low impact)
Thursday 6am (HIIT & strength based)
Hatha meaning "hot & cold" balance. This yoga is designed for fitness and health club people who may not like traditional yoga practice
Monday 6:30pm: masonic hall or Zoom
